These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mmntm platform ("Platform"), operated by mmntm ("we", "us", "our") in the Kingdom of Bahrain. (Company registration is in progress; our commercial registration number and registered address will be added here once incorporation is complete.) By creating an account or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
Early Access. mmntm is currently in Early Access. The Platform is still being built, so features, pricing, and policies may change, and you may encounter bugs, errors, or interruptions. It is provided on a best-effort basis, and we are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or incomplete features during this phase. 1. The Platform
mmntm connects venue and hospitality businesses ("Businesses") with approved content creators ("Creators") for the purpose of running social media campaigns. Businesses publish campaigns; Creators reserve slots, attend in person, and publish authentic social content as directed by the campaign brief.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a user. Creators must additionally confirm they are 21 years of age or older where required by venue type. By registering, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
3. Account Registration and Approval
All accounts are subject to manual review and approval by the mmntm team. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or revoke any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Approved status is not permanent and may be changed if conduct or circumstances change.
4. Business Obligations
- Businesses must provide accurate campaign information including date, time, venue, and offer description.
- Campaigns must be paid for in full before they are activated. Payment is non-refundable once a campaign has been verified as live.
- Businesses are responsible for honouring the offer described in the campaign brief to attending Creators.
- Businesses must not discriminate against Creators on grounds prohibited by applicable Bahraini law.
5. Creator Obligations
- Creators must attend in person during their reserved slot. Failure to attend without cancelling at least 24 hours in advance will be recorded as a reliability failure.
- Creators must publish content that is authentic, accurate, and consistent with the campaign brief.
- Content must remain live for a minimum of 24 hours after posting unless otherwise specified in the brief.
- Creators must not misrepresent their attendance, follower count, or engagement metrics.
- Creators must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising disclosure requirements.
6. Reliability and Restrictions
Creators who repeatedly fail to attend reserved campaigns, cancel within 24 hours of their slot, or submit non-compliant content may have their reliability status downgraded. Accounts may be restricted or permanently banned. We do not guarantee a minimum number of campaign opportunities to any Creator.
7. Payments
All prices are quoted in Bahraini Dinars (BHD). Payment terms are set out in the campaign payment flow within the Platform. mmntm does not hold or process funds on behalf of Creators. Creators are not paid by mmntm; the benefit is the experience and offer provided by the Business.
8. Content
By submitting story links or other content through the Platform, Creators grant mmntm and the relevant Business a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reference or share that content in the context of the campaign. You retain ownership of your content. You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false information at any stage of registration or campaign participation.
- Attempt to circumvent the check-in or proof submission system.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
- Harass, threaten, or harm any other user.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. Creators can delete their own account at any time from the profile page in the app; you may also close your account by contacting us at info@mmntm.social. When an account is deleted, your login and personal details are removed, while records from campaigns you took part in are retained in anonymised form for compliance history. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome for Businesses or Creators.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mmntm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
